The map panels are quite
frankly stunning. The graphics are nice and crisp, with new art
for trees and surf (and many other terrain features as well).
The panels don't have to be trimmed, which is a huge plus. These
maps are just amazing, and are way beyond my expectations. The
large hexes are a huge bonus, too. Your historical paper maps
are some of the best, and these panels are really nice as well.
It would have been nice to have numbers on the back with a corresponding
chart for quicker assembly, but this is just a nitpick. I'll wind
up doing that myself probably. Plus it was fun setting it all
up.
The scenario cards look
great, a little better printing compared to my Omaha West 2nd
edition. The color LCVP playaid is a nice addition. I made one
similar to that when I was playing Omaha West, but I like yours
better.
The rules in color are
nice.
Overall, this is one
awesome package. I will use the double counters I got from Omaha
West plus my standard ASL counterset to play this one.

I got my big box today,
and I am just overwhelmed by the scope of the monster D-Day pack!
Beautiful maps and large hexes (thank you very much) and high
quality scenario cards. I'm happily slipping things into page
protectors and digesting this whopper slowly--as a gourmet offering
deserves.
