So Full of Fire—Band of Brothers at Brécourt Manor and Beyond [7005] $19.95 by Michael Olmert Date Added: Monday 29 October, 2007 Cool! I get to be the first person to write a review on this product! BIG HEXES rock! And this map has them, and then some. It runs from the road off the north edge, to Le Grand Chemin, to Access Road D14 toward Utah Beach, to the buildings of Brecourt Manor. The art uses the colors CH has apparently decided on for their historical maps and let me say I approve. They have a consistency, and the paper they use for these maps is hands down the best in the industry. None of that glare-y, glossy stuff and HEAVY, not flimsy. The details are sharp, but also are rendered with a photo-realistic look. Included with the set is a sheet of BRAND NEW personnel counters, new paratrooper guys with 101st Screaming Eagle patches. I'm a sucker for this stuff, and these are NOT the standard US personnel found in other ATS games. It's a sin they aren't bigger, the art is so nice and colors are right on! There are four interesting scenarios to use them on, all set on the historical map and ALL starring the 101st Airborne (so you get to use those new counters!!!) Finally, the price is really, really CHEAP. I love that CH brings out products in the LOW price range, as well as the 'heavy artillery' boxed stuff. I bet I'm not the only one LIVING for when OMAHA comes out. All in all, I heartily recommend this product. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]
