Since the inception of Critical Hit, Inc. our policy is to replace all items lost in the mail at no cost to the customer. Please do not return defective items—simply advise us and we'll cheerfully and promptly replace them. If you get extra items, consider them our gift and please do not incur the cost of returning them! 

All orders in the USA are now shipped using the US Postal Service. All International orders are shipped via Surface Mail unless the customer requests Air Mail, subject to a $15.00 surcharge. Orders outside the USA receive a $5.00 additional shipping charge to reflect recent postal increases - this amount is added to the face value of your invoice.

If you desire us to use another form of shipping, simply specify your choice in the memo section that is part of the ordering process. Please note the following ADDITIONAL shipping charges will be added to those automatically calculated:
